One of my most hated weapon add-ons , the tactical light, is finally getting a tune down. They were far to powerful and blinding under any circumstances, like in the daytime maps or in dark areas. Finally Dice has listened to all the feedback, and with the upcoming patch the tactical light will be adjusted.



DICE's Alan Kertz has provided some comparison screenshots, showing the flashlight effect before and after, and the change is a great difference. Usually you had to guess where he was behind that huge white spot on your screen, but now you can see where he can be located and possibly kill him.

With the new expansion pack named Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand coming out this December, I would like to talk about some things that are related to it. I personally can't wait to play Strike at Karkand and Wake Island, those two maps were my most favorite maps, but I despised Gulf of Oman. The last map that is going to be added is Sharqi Peninsula.

However, I found out a person named Morgan from the Battlefield3Online forum has compiled a list of data files that where found in the Battlefield 3 Beta, including the names of all the weapons that could be in the Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand expansion pack. This list should, of course, still be considered a rumor since there has not been any official statement given.

If these weapons do make it into the game then I will definitely will be using the L89A2. I wish they would have added the Desert Eagle, I remember back in the good o' days of Counter-Strike Source when you can bring out that massive pistol and just destroy the other team with it.

Remember that you could have gotten Back to Karkand for free if you pre-ordered Battlefield 3. Also if you didn't pre-order the game then you will be able to purchase the  Back to Karkand dlc for approximately $15.00.
