Almost every day we are barraged with rumors in reference to the next generation consoles, today all the speculations end up taking us to the same spot.
According to Japanese news agency Kyodo, and the newspaper Asahi from the EFE Agency, the new Sony console will more than likely be called PlayStation 4 and It will go on sale later this year. The most interesting information of all, it will cost about 40000 JPY which converts to roughly $427.36 USD (315 EUR = 272.54 GBP). A much more competitive price when you consider how much it cost when the PS3 was released at $813.60 USD.
However, that isn't all since sources also back up the theory that the legendary "DualShock" that will come with Playstation 4 will deeply change it's design and will provide tactic functions. Also, the console will have the ability to connect to different devices which has not yet been specified but, finally, will have Social Network access.
All this could be confirmed at anytime and we suggest you stay tuned to www.FraggedNation.com for further information. As of right now, the only thing we know for sure is that Sony will hold a press conference on the 20th of February where we could finally have solid information.
