Subject: Accept Time Frame Hours
This ladder is currently set to allow 36 hours for a challenge to be accepted. If the challenge is not accepted within this time, the system will automatically force a forfeit. With the possibility of opening up multiple challenging, do you think this time frame should be modified?
*side note* It's always best to accept the challenge right away and then submit a change request if you know the time/date is not good for your team. That way we completely avoid a system forced forfeit. If your opponent denies the request, simply submit another one. In the end, as long as we can see that at least three attempts were made to arrange a time and date, neither team will be penalized or forced to take a forfeit. But here again, we can also extend the acceptance time frame hours if desired.
