Subject: Chat Problem


Hi there, I'm having some issues with the live chat here on the site. I won't be online, but for whatever reason people are able to message me. It's showing them I'm online, so they try to chat with me. I've been feeling terrible as most people are asking me for help, which I'd love to provide them with, but I'm not actually there. Any ideas on what's causing this issue?

Woooooow, I'm an idiot xD
Thanks DBL, I just assumed that when I went offline, it would show me as offline for chat.

There is a time period it still shows you logged on for. I am not sure the length, but I believe it is 5 minutes. After that, you are good.

Best to set it away before you leave and you will be good.

A number of these messages have been sent when I haven't been online anywhere near the same time as it lists them sending the message. I guess I'll just leave it as offline every time I sign off, just to be safe.
