What equipment do you want to use, or want banned? If there is certain things you want to see banned bring them up here and they will be discussed and then polled to see if there is enough support to get it removed. This ladder is yours guys, don't forget that.

Grenade launchers, RPGs and javelins should never be used. Strikers and type 95s are way too overpowered (even acknowledged by the programmers) and should not be used in any type of competitory arena. Quick scoping is cheap and definitely should be frowned upon but for some reason seems to be encouraged by IW so that one is hard to defend.
If I wanted to play against noobs who run around with overpowered weapons just to get a win I wouldn't join any ladder I would just play in open game matches; they're everywhere. Belonging to a ladder like FN should demand more on skill and teamwork instead of relying on skill-less weapons designed for the casual player to hold his own against veterans.

I believe if you guys go off what the Kill Based ladder has things would run pretty smoothly. Over there its

No Heartbeat Senors, Underbarrel Shotgun and akimbos
This is how it goes on the Kill Based. Like i said up above Kill Based runs very smoothly with these settings. if the objective ladder did this I have no doubt it could run smoothly as well.
