FN Logo Design Competition (Official Contest) [CLOSED]
Subject: FN Logo Design Competition (Official Contest) [CLOSED]
Calling all Graphic Design gurus,
I am very pleased to announce FraggedNation's Logo Design Competition.
You are designing a new FN Logo design that may be used as the site's new logo, going forward. The only portion we request you maintain in the image, is the reticle which is linked below:

FN is looking for all serious and talented graphic designers ready to flex their design muscles in designing a new HD quality FN logo.
The Rules are simple:
-Design an awesome new HD quality FN logo
-Post it up here in PNG format for all too see!!
and then the FN community will vote on their favorite!!
**NOTE: Design must be yours and not copyrighted from anyone else**
This Competition will be open til July 10th, 2011 and the winner announced following the community vote.
-Size should be around the 2000px mark
Oh, did I mention there are prizes for the winner!?!
We will be giving away the following prizes to the winner:
A Homefront T-Shirt, A Pair of Grip-iTs (XBOX or PS3) as well as a 4 Pack of Game Frames
So, let's see all the creative designs that the FN community has to offer!

I'm confused... are you asking for design versions based on the existing logo or a brand new design.
Also, does this new logo become the new FN logo going forward or is this just for creative fun?

Well that reticle is pretty much the whole logo... sorry if I'm being a pain but I need to be clear on what's being asked before I go away and design something

Or are you asking that the reticle stay the same and the text "FraggedNation" be altered in the image above?

The round bit is the only bit you need to include. Otherwise go crazy

We would like to keep the reticle, somewhere on the design. You have to look past the current design.
I am not saying you HAVE TO keep it. That is your choice. Here, I will show you a couple examples of a new logo from our very own TheProfessor.
So, it is endless on what you can design. These are just examples and not meant to be used, but show you that anything is possible. It is completely on what YOU think the logo should be. That is what we want to see.

I see now, so it's an extention to the current logo more than a more core change of it.

The logo you see at the top of the site, will go AWAY at some point, if we find the right replacement.
The new design you all make will take it's place as we move forward. If there is enough great submissions, we may have a couple we choose from for branding purposes.
