Subject: Few Questions
I am new to the site, and I am confused. 
First question, I am adding members to my Roster, so we can play in the Grifball Ladder, but they are showing up ineligible? Is there a wait period?
Second question, I created a clan for PMS Halo(I'm the leader of this clan) how do I add clan members to it?

First although i'm not exactly sure what the reason is for the exception theres two solutions.
First make sure that every member has a gamertag listed on their account.
The other solution is to follow these instructions:
To manage ladder exceptions, please follow these directions:
Select "My Fraggednation" >> Select "My Profile" >> Select "Manage / Create Teams" button >> Select "Ladder Membership" >> Select "Manage Exceptions" >> Select "Re-Activate"
Regarding the second question

Hi, Shin outlined most of what you need to check to see why your roster members are listed as ineligible. I can see straight away from your team page that one of your members does not have his Xbox live console name added to his account. Our system flags people that dont add their console names to the profiles, since you need a Xbox tag to play the game... and in order for other players to find you and your team mates in game they need to see your xbox tags.
Also if you look at the Team Lambda Page, click on "Memberships" tab, then under the ladders you will see the icons eligible and ineligible. Click on the ineligible icon and it tells you why the players are not able to play. Currently it says roster exception.
Check your admin side of the team page (Shin gave you the step by step process above) and you may have to activate those players. One player may have added his xbox tag after joining the team.
