I would put the large design on the back with a smaller FN logo on the front left breast. I would do Black shirt with grey/orange/white/green small logo. And HINT HINT!!! some with staff names on the right sleeve (free).
I would really like to see a shirt made from the inspiration of the FN promotional video 
Either take ideas from the beginning with all the words surrounding the image(which could be the FN logo, or the end where you see the water ripple effect that would be cool to see on a shirt, with the same color scheme

In my opinion there is quite alot going on, Im more of a plain and simple kinda guy just the FN logo with "Get your frag on" under it would be nice.

T short looks great. I wanna see lots of different t shirt designs to build a good variety. I also would love to see some cool hoodies added.

Also would it be possible to find a way to lower shipping. I wanted to buy a shirt a few weeks ago when they where on sale but shipping was like $30 to Canada.
