Subject: MEMBERS SHOWING UP AS "Roster Exceptions"?


Here's what you do:

Go to My FN, click on your competition team.

This should bring you to a page where you can edit a bunch of options for your clan. One of the several tabs on this page reads "Ladder Memberships" click that and you will see your team registered for this ladder as well as a yellow box saying you have "X" amount of ineligible players. Click there, and you can reactivate each member.

Then you're good to go.

Also, your players need to have entered a PSN ID/ Gamertag in their profile. It won't let me activate my members that haven't done this.

Yup, I am marked as ineligible, not sure why. I have a PSNID attached to my profile as well...

You are a roster exception. Your team captain just needs to follow the directions in the first post on this thread and you should be good to go.

OMG , people need to check this thread more often. There are so many players getting disqualified and getting mad because of it. Read the forums people!
