Subject: New Forfeit Procedure


Ladder Participants,

As a result of the many forfeit requests we have received from the start of the season, we are changing the way forfeit requests are processed.

We ask teams to submit a support ticket along with the forfeit request. In this support ticket please include a link to the match, details of what occurred, and any proof you have. This makes the admin's job much easier to determine who receives the win by giving us a better understanding of what occurred.
