All clans have the same problems with the ping in the matches
There are players of a clan who have a low ping in Chicago servers and those same players have a high ping in Atlanta servers
I believe that the most fair to everyone is to apply the rule that clans like War and .30,
Have ,which is the rule. Whoever the challenger of the match knows that he can not repeat the location of the server the last match, for example: war challenged to .30 and war wants to play on a server in Atlanta because there war players have low pings, very good .30 accepted this challenge, but war knows that the next match will be on a server in Chicago, because .30 players have a low ping in there.
