The cheapest way would be to compete for a HDPVR on fraggednation.com lol. other than that you could ask santa for a HDpvr for xmas

I was just curios if this member was only referring to recording from his PC specific gameplay or console play? to me those are two very distinctive worlds as far as recording video. Merely curios...thanks for posting!

Also I recommend Sony Vegas Pro 9 for editing and rendering to HD for Youtube. I have a PVR and I love the quality I'm getting from it. Here is an example of the quality I get when I render it in Sony Vegas Pro. My First MW3 Game online ever!

I know this is a dead topic but I just want to say that I have ordered Hauppauge HD PVR Gaming as stated above.

My only regret is not acquiring Sony Vegas Pro 9 when Megaupload was still around *Coughs*

Dazzle is about 100, for what I've seen, but I recommend you get a Happauge for 50 dollars more so that you can get the best quality possible.
