Just a chatroom where i can invite my buddys which signed up on this side.

Gotcha.
You have two options here on the site.
1. Create a clan where you will get private and public forums. Obviously the public everyone can see and the private only the people in your clan can see. This is a good thing to have if you will have multiple topics you want to discuss. Just remember that you need a team to compete on in the ladder.
2. The other option is to start a PM and you can invite the players in that you want to be part of the discussion. The only bad thing with PM's is after about 10 replies you lose the context of the message but it is a viable option as well.
I would think the clan private forums would fit you guys best.

Thanks, i will give it a Try Where i can find the private Clan forum? When i go to "Forums" i have Public forums, but nothing on Staff forums ....

Go to: "MY FN" >> under "Clans (Communities)" choose your Clan.

Once you open your clan page, choose the forum icon on the left under your clan logo. That will take you to your private forums.
