im new to this and want to know how to become eligible to play tournaments

If you click on 'Ineligible' next to your name on the Ladder Standings Page, it says:

"Ineligible Participant


This game requires a valid account be on file for the XBox 360 network. According to our records, you do not have one on file and are therefore unable to compete in this game. You can add Console Network account details by Editing your Profile and clicking the 'Console Networks' tab."

why are new members of the team automaticly "ineligable"? wouldn't it be easier if they were eligable from the start?

My wild guess would be that the system has to process it first. As a Team Cpt. you are able to make your team-mates eligible in the 'Team Management' menu: http://www.fraggednation.com/teams.php?action=showTeams
