Game Directors are assigned for each game that FraggedNation supports. There is always one Game Director, but in many instances where the game
is highly active or requires more attention multiple Game Directors can and will be assigned.
Game Directors are the liason for Head Admins when they have questions or problems with their ladders that they cannot resolve on their
own. Game Directors are charged with the overall success and smoothness of their game.
Like Head Admins, Game Directors are also responsible for spreading the word and attempting to bring participants to FraggedNation.

| Responsibilities: |
- Ensuring Head Admins are performing their duties. Game Directors have the responsibility of ensuring that Head Admins are
performing their responsibilities on a consistent and timely fashion. Failure of Head Admins to perform their duties will result in
termination of the admin and replacement at the discretion of the Game Director.
- Oversee general game operations. In order to ensure that ladder play is as smooth as possible, Game Directors are charged with
reviewing all server settings, ladder servers, maps, rules, etc for their gametype to ensure that everything is clear and concise for
participants. Any changes that need to be made are brought to the Head Admin by the Game Director. Game Directors should never interfere
with ladder operation unless the Head Admin is unresponsive and/or not performing their duties as required. The Game Director will make every
effort to have the Head Admin make changes and deal with issues before becoming involved as a last resort.
- Assigning Head Admins. Game Directors are charged with assigning head admins for ladders in their game. Careful consideration
should be taken when assigning Head Admins. Game Directors are required to review all applications submitted carefully in order to place the
right individuals.
- Determining Game-Global settings. While the Head Admin has responsibility to add ladder specific rules, it is likewise the
responsibility of the Game Directors to define any game-global rules or settings (ie anti-cheat, etc) that are required for every ladder. These
settings should be determined with community input as well as Head Admin input and then should be defined in the Game-Global rules section
for the game. These rules/settings appear at the top of the ruleset for each ladder in the specific game.
- Observe but do not interfere. FraggedNation takes great pride in its admin community, so Game Directors are asked to do everything
in their power to get Head Admins to make changes and deal with situations on their own. Game Directors are in place to provide guidance,
and ensure smooth play, not to take the responsibility away from the Head Admins.

This position is open to the public via application submission. If there is an opening, Global Directors will review applications and speak
amongst peers to fill the spot with the appropriate person.
