For more information on how penalties are assessed, please see the General Rules.
|2. General Rules|
General Rules/ELO points
[RULES ARE SUBJECT TO EXCEPTIONS OR CHANGES AT THE DISCRETION OF THE STAFF]
The full general rules can be found here.
The following rules are provided for easy reference only, and are not a complete list. It is the responsibility of all members of a team to understand and abide by the complete list of general rules.
Failure to comply, punishment will be taken using the ELO Penalty System.
The following is the ELO Penalty point system to be used on the Uncharted 3:
1st occurrence: team/player warning
2nd occurrence: 50 points penalty
3rd occurrence: 5 days ban
4th occurrence: season ban
Tournaments produced by fraggedNation.com have different match time, hosting and/or any match related items. Support Tickets will be handle by the owner of the private tournament and FN staff member will handle the public tournaments.
Ringing/Name Swapping guidelines
Don't do it. If a player and/or team gets caught doing this, ELO Penalty System points stated on Uncharted 3 Global rules will be applied. If the severity surpass the penalty system, the offenders could be banned from the ladder and/or up to FraggedNation.com.
One member must have one PSN ID only tied to his account. No exceptions.
If a team plays a match, it can't be removed from the ladder, just left inactive. If you are the only player in that team, and you can't leave it, just send a ticket in explaining the situation, and the staff will take note and allow you to join a different team.
|3. Match Issues|
Reporting Match Issues
If a player/team has an issue with their ladder match that they would like an admin to address they can submit a support ticket.
Players/teams have 5 days (120 hours) from the time of the match to report a support ticket for admin review. If a support ticket is submitted after specified time frame days from the reporting of the match the support ticket will not be reviewed.
Included in the support ticket must be UNEDITED video as proof or images. Failure to provide proof may cause the ticket to be closed.
Player Connects / Disconnects
It is the team captain/s responsibility to check if all participating players are registered and legal to play all matches within FraggedNation. If you have any suspicion on a player, please send a Support ticket for an admin to look into it.
All forfeits request will be thoroughly researched (Public ladders by FN staff admin and Private ladders by their respective owner) before accepting any request. You can exhaust any other alternative prior to requesting a forfeit by: requesting a change of date/time, requesting an admin to be present, come to an agreement with your opponent under the Pre-Match Comms. Remember, by using this tool it won't guarantee a win to your match rather, it will be opened for review and Admins will have final say whether it is approve or denied.
Be sure to submit a support ticket tied to the forfeit request, adding all the essential infos to update the staff about the issue.
Abuse of this tool will be subject for review at Admins discretion. If you or your team gets caught abusing the system, ELO Penalty Points System from Uncharted 3 Global rules will be applied.
|4. Playing Matches|
Teams/Players must play at least one match per two weeks, starting at the season's start date. Teams not meeting this requirement may be set to inactive, at the Head Admin's discretion.
If your team is set as inactive, simply submit a support ticket when you are ready to have your team reactivated for play on the ladder.
The Crown Holder is awarded to the first person/team who wins first within the Ladder, then awarded to the person to defeat the Crown Holder. The Crown then travels around to Ladder like so.
In the event that the Crown Holder becomes inactive at ANY time for more than one week, the Crown WILL BE reassigned in the proper fashion. (to the winner of the next match on the ladder.)
There will be no exceptions to this rule. The rule stands at all times.
Anytime a match is rescheduled, a change request must be submitted and accepted at least 20 minutes prior to the originally scheduled date and time.
A change request will ONLY be considered valid when;
The change request has been ACCEPTED by the opposing team. Verbal agreements & agreements made outside of fragged nation are NOT considered proof for the purpose of disputing a match.
Request and communications between teams and members MUST BE DONE ON THE WEBSITE, preferably on the pre-match comments page.
If a change request is not submitted in the allotted time and a team or person fails to show up on time then that match will be deleted.
Accepting a Change request will add reputation points to your account, as will submitting a change request that gets accepted. This is to encourage matches to be played by rewarding them with community reputation points that make a member more credible within the community.
A lag test must be conducted for at least 60 seconds prior to any match being played, and any time the host is changed. Failure to conduct a lag test will cause any support tickets turned in to be closed. During the lag test, teams must pick the best player (from the hosting team) to host the match. If issues occur with players being dropped after the test has been conducted, teams should follow the drop player rules of the ladder.
All lag test must have either camera recording on an image available to show proof it was done. Teams can choose not to conduct the lag test, however, both teams must comment on the match comments saying that lag test is not needed.
You may rotate any eligible member of your roster for play at the beginning of any round.
Inelegible players aren't allowed to play any round. An ineligible player is someone who was NOT on your roster at the time of challenge.
No exceptions will be made for players in any case.
A player can't be substituted during the match (for example if he lags out, their team will have to play one man down).
Please, please, please, DO NOT TRASH-TALK other players during your matches. Fragged Nation is supposed to be a SAFE & FUN environment for everyone where we can challenge others in a polite and respectful manner. People who disobey this rule will suffer severe consequences.
Be aware that if any of these listed are used during any of your matches, the match is an automatic win for the other person.
In the event that overtime occurs, the host must immediately end the game and restart the entire match on the same map. DO NOT PLAY OUT OVERTIME.
The Challenger will be the host of the first map, and will alternate if it is best of 3 or 5.
Disconnection or Quitting:
If a player disconnects or quits from the match within 30 SECONDS from the start of the match OR BEFORE THE FIRST KILL, simply replay that map. If he/she refuses after quitting, it's an automatic win for the other person. If a player disconnects or quits AFTER THE FIRST KILL, the win goes to the person that didn't quit.
Please schedule matches you can attend.
Every person must show up on the right time 15 MINUTES prior to the scheduled date/time. Failure to do so will result in an automatic forfeit.
Anytime a match is rescheduled , a change request must be submitted and accepted at least 20 minutes prior to the originally scheduled date and time .
A change request will only be considered valid when :
The change request has been ACCEPTED by the opposing team. Verbal agreements & Agreements made outside of Fragged Nation are NOT considered proof for the purpose of disputing a match .
Request and communications between teams and members MUST BE DONE ON THE WEBSITE, preferably on the pre-match comments page .
Its better to SCHEDULE the matches that can be played EASILY on the given time .
|5.6||It may happen occasionally, but please TRY NOT TO KILL YOURSELF . If your opponent abuses this, submit a support ticket about it and offer to send the cinema file to whichever admin responds to it. |
|5.7||Please, while reporting, report the winner's actual score and the loser's actual score in those maps. Do not simply put 1-0 or 0-1 unless that was the actual score.|
ANY PERSON who FALSE REPORTS will automatically be given a loss and a warning. Any occurrence afterwards the ELO penalty point system will be used.
If you have a case where a false report had occurred, submit a support ticket explaining the situation and giving any proof that you may have. You have 5 days from the match date to submit a ticket or the match will stay as it is.
