Sorry for the tardiness of this message, but season 1 of the Mario Kart 1v1 ladder has come to a end! Congrats to everyone on a very decent first season of a online game for the Wii. This is the one console in particular that has the least amount of players willing to try it out, and for that I'm grateful for all of your support and time spent helping this ladder move along.
now, season 2 is on its way, starting up next Monday and ending in another 4 months. A few changes to the rules this season.
1. Maps will be chosen by the two who are competing in the match. i believe the person being challenged gets to select the first and last map, I'm not 100 percent on that, sorry. It will still be best of 3 maps.

2.every map in the game will be available to choose from. If two of the maps in the match are the same, then the second one in which is the same will be a Random track. both players should select random.

Lets try to spread the word, post on some MK forums, ladders or to your friends with Wii's. the more racers the better. Good luck to you all on season 2!
